How To Create Digital Concert Programs in Canva

Canva is THE perfect design tool to help you create digital (or printed) concert programs for your next school event and it’s free for educators. In this webinar,  you’ll learn how to utilize Canva’s remixable templates and extensive design elements library to make your own unique concert programs that match your chosen style and/or school branding.

We’ll work through the process of creating a concert program from start to finish and along the way you’ll discover clever design tricks to create engaging visuals and how to use the time-saving AI features such as the Background Remover, Magic Eraser, Magic Grab and Magic Edit tools.

You’ll also learn how to take advantage of Canva’s resize feature to help you remix your design into matching promotional images for social media, and discuss ways to distribute your concert program to audience members digitally through custom QR codes or a short URL. You’ll leave the session with new design ideas and creative hacks you can use right away!

By the end of this workshop you will know how to:

• Adapt existing Canva templates and customize designs with graphics and photos
• Set up your branding kit with color palettes and logos to save time
• Repurpose your concert program design into social media posts
• Include “call to action” links that encourage ongoing support for your music program
• Create custom QR codes and a URL so you can distribute your digital program easily to audience members
